Before ordering — confirm what you will receive
The following describes how common plans are delivered; if your order has specific terms, those take precedence.
01Is this a dedicated machine or shared resources?
The service is delivered as an independent Mac machine type, suitable for remote development, builds, and desktop work. Whether it is a fully dedicated machine and the isolation granularity are governed by the contract and ticket delivery notes; you can verify instance specs and connection entry points in the dashboard after signing in.
02Is public bandwidth and IPv4 shared with others?
Standard plans provide 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth and a dedicated IPv4 (see pricing page). If shared-tier specs exist, they will be labeled separately on the order page and in the order details — they are never mixed in by default.
03Which datacenter regions are available?
Select a node on the pricing page when ordering — commonly available regions include Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, US East (full list subject to real-time inventory on the order page). IP and routing are configured per the selected region after provisioning — see plan details.
04What does "multi-Mac daisy-chain" mean?
An add-on that enables high-speed multi-machine interconnect via Thunderbolt 5, suitable for multi-machine coordination scenarios. Select the daisy-chain add-on on the pricing page — it is billed on the same cycle as the main plan; see the value-added services table for pricing.
After paying — where to track progress and billing
Daily billing is usually a one-time charge; weekly/monthly/quarterly is a subscription renewal. Guest orders: sign in with the same browser to merge orders.
05How long does provisioning take after payment?
Successful payment enters the ticket and provisioning process. Wait time depends on inventory, review, and configuration — track progress in orders and the dashboard. You will usually receive an email or in-app notification once provisioned (subject to actual configuration).
06Where can I see order status, expiry, and renewal records?
After signing in, view status, billing cycle, expiry date, and renewal records in the billing/orders section of the dashboard. Weekly/monthly/quarterly subscriptions auto-renew if not cancelled before expiry; daily is one-time. Guest orders: sign in with the same browser to merge into your account.
Once your instance is ready — how to connect to macOS
Use VNC for graphical interface, SSH for command line; credentials are available in the dashboard — do not share them publicly.
07How do I connect via VNC remote desktop?
Once the instance is ready, sign in to My Dashboard, open VNC from the "My Machines" card, or go to the remote desktop page and follow the prompts to connect using your order number and token. The token acts as a temporary key — store it safely after use.
08How do I log in via SSH terminal?
Copy the SSH command example (host, port, username, etc.) from the corresponding machine card in the dashboard and run it in your local terminal. Use the provided key or password — do not upload private keys to untrusted environments or code repositories.
Power operations and instance info — all handled in the dashboard
Physical machine power operations are executed by operations staff via ticket — they are not instant buttons like local virtual machines.
09How do I request a boot, shutdown, or reboot?
Initiate a power operation (boot / shutdown / reboot) for the target instance in "My Machines". The request enters the ticket system and operations staff execute it and update the status. Processing time depends on the queue and datacenter schedule.
10Where can I view CPU, memory, and IP?
Sign in to My Dashboard and check CPU, memory, storage, IP, region, and SSH/VNC entry points in Overview / My Machines. If the information does not match expectations, submit a ticket with your order number for verification.
When docs cannot solve it — here is how to reach us
Our team needs sufficient context to resolve issues in one round — the more complete your order number and reproduction steps, the fewer back-and-forths needed.
11What support channels are available?
Contact us via the ticket system or through the methods listed on the contact support page. When describing your issue, include your order number, instance ID, symptoms, and timeline; for connection issues, attach steps already tried and error screenshots.
Still no answer? Try these first
Pricing details, instance management, and human support each have dedicated pages — most tasks can be completed self-service without waiting for a reply.
Still have a specific question?
For plan and billing details, see the pricing page; for instance operations and ticket progress, see the dashboard. If self-service still does not resolve it, contact us with your order number.
